This program will enable you to go beyond Netscape Composer or Mozilla Composer by adding more flexible formatting. It also enables one to make rollovers, navigation bars, and insert other advanced features. In addition, Dreamweaver has an excellent site navigation tool that enables one to view and organize an entire site. The first step in making a web site is to plan the content and design of the site. Three criteria are often used to evaluate a web site: 1. Unity when elements are tied together Unity is accomplished using similar elements throughout the site, and having the parts or pages tied together using similar backgrounds, layouts and graphical images. 2.
